Aglow manages its operations at various locations, through a robust custom made Web Application. The entire process flow from creation of Plants, to setting up meal projections as per recipe, plant to store requisitions, PO creation, Vendor management, and reporting is done online through the application.This enables us to maintain a high level of precision, and boosts productivity.
All plants and sites are monitored through a centralized administration area which keeps a check on day to day operations and takes out reports as and when needed.
Regular scheduled and surprise visits of Aglow Catering management to sites and to the Client’s Management premises for the purpose of control and staff motivation. Consistency of standard levels is assessed and feedback reviews are undertaken.
